1979 - Electronic Center is established as a general partnership between Mr. Bianchini & Mr. Ori
1987 - Electronic Center becomes a joint-stock company with a capital asset of 108.455 Euros
1990 - The company moves to the current site of via Canaletto Sud, n. 276
1995 - Increase of capital asset up to 260.000 Euros
2002 - Enlargement of the warehouse area
2005 - Update of the articles of association according to d.lgs of 17/01/2003
2007 - Enlargement of the warehouse and the offices. Building reconstruction and remodeling of the warehouse
2008 - Remodeling of the courtyard

The activity is carried out at via Canaletto Sud, n. 276 in Modena, Italy. The building spans over an area of 1400 mq. Electronic Center staff consists of 19 employees, two salesmen and 5 agents.

Since 1997 it is DNV certified according to rules UNI EN ISO9002 (certificate n. CERT-01992-97-AQ-BOL-SINCERT). It has been updated in 2003 (UNI EN ISO9001/2000 on 17.09.2003).
